As a Revitalization Pastor, Where Do I Start?

Our Planting/Replanting residents talked last night about just this question - in the case of church revitalization, where do I begin? Check out this short answer from Brian Croft.

Patience, Prayer, Persistence and Gentleness were a few of the things we talked about last night. Most of us want to see change quickly, but that isn’t likely in a revitalization! It will take years of prayer and persistence in teaching and preaching on a biblically healthy church. It will take gentleness in leading and dealing with difficult people. Even with that it will take a gracious work of the Holy Spirit to bring about true revitalization.
